Iraan General Hospital offers individual Counseling/Therapy in an outpatient setting. To promote privacy and confidentiality, our counseling/education room is now located in a more private area of the hospital. Access to counseling/education can gained through the front entrance or from the counseling entrance located at the back of the hospital.
Individual CounselingOur Touch of Hope Clinic provides Cognitive Behavior Counseling/Therapy and is provided by Laura Hansen, Licensed Professional Counselor, (LPC) Issues such as Anxiety, Stress and Depression can be addressed in individual sessions. Therapy for depression and bipolar disorder is also available.
Anyone can make a referral to the clinic. If you or someone you know might benefit from this service, please contact us. A free screening is done by an RN or the LPC, to determine eligibility. The RN or LPC will then coordinate treatment with your physician. Your physician or Primary Care Provider can also refer you directly to outpatient counseling. You will be able to continue to see a physician of choice.
