Our financial counselors are available to assist you with your questions. They are able to provide information insurance coverage specific to your individual insurance plan, including deductibles and co-pay amounts due for the services you receive. Please do not hesitate to ask for them while you are here or give them a call when you return home.
Please do not hesitate to contact the counselors for assistance with information on programs that can help with your medical finances if you do not have health insurance.
Past Due AccountIf you are concerned about your hospital bill, Iraan General may have other options which can be discussed with you, such as payment arrangements or assistance through our IraanCare Program - English and Spanish.
If your account becomes past due, Iraan General, like all other hospitals, may take appropriate action to recover the amount due. If there is a problem with your account, the Patient Representatives are available to discuss your options.
